“Had this model delivered today and ran my 1st and 2nd loads with clothes in them and cannot seem to find the EZ Access feature which is one of this models big selling points for me. Where or how do you use the EZ Access to help get laundry out?”

Since this was of interest to me as well, I thought I'd share. I'm 5'3" and have to really strain a bit to reach those last few stray clothes at the bottom. I'm planning on keeping a little step stool handy to make it a little easier.
