My old one I replaced would do that but was another brand. I recently got this one and at 20 washes with no issues of clothes tangling up. I've washed various scenarios from delicates to normal loads to a comforter without an issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven’t noticed the clothes getting tangled at all. We are still pretty new using it. I’ve seen more unbalance than anything but not sure that isn’t part of the installers not properly balancing
