“Why does the washer collect water when not in use? Im afraid it will overflow and prior to doing a load I have to do a rinse cycle just to get rid of the water. Where can I get a copy of the user manual”

Hi Kris! That definitely does not sound like normal operation for the washer. It is likely caused by some type of internal leak.
