I’ve had mine for one week and this is the first time I use the oven. I have the same issue as you and the stainless steel bar just below the watch got so hot that it started dripping water. Did you find anything on this?

I cannot say that this has been an issue for me. Have you looked at the insulating fabric near the top of the door? Is it there/flattened? Would you be able to puff it up a bit? Maybe it is unable to make an adequate seal and is causing the heat to warm that area up excessively?
