• A:Answer No the two front burners are double burners, if you are using a small pot turn dial to the left it will only use the small part, If you have a big pot, turn it to the right, and it uses both the inner and outer burner together.

• A:Answer Yes, two actually. It has a cooking timer that turns the oven off when it is done and also just a plain basic kitchen timer. The cooking timer has worked to perfection on everything so far with mine. Everything comes out great according to package instructions.

Q: QuestionHow deep is storage drawer?I have a copper pipe that sticks out three inches from the wall just above the floor behind the range and currently is not blocked by my existing oven's drawer. How far back does this storage drawer go? Is the back of the oven where the drawer is covered or would it be open for the pipe? Thank you!

• A:Answer The storage drawer is not that deep. It might be 4 inches deep if that. There is actually a flat pannel that runs the lenght of the stove. In other words, if you take the whole drawer out you don't see the floor under the stove, there is a pannel that runs under the drawer (from the back of the stove to the front of the stove. I kinda thought that was weird cause now I will have to pull the whole stove out to sweep under it. But I do love this stove!

• A:Answer The power cord was around $40.00 in the store... not too bad at all. If you have it installed by Best Buy, you need to have a new cord and they will install the cord and stove for you.

Q: QuestionCan I cook 2 cookie sheets at once?I love that the oven capacity is so large. I'm new to cooking and am wondering if I can bake 2 cookie sheets at the same time? I know I can't in the oven I have now, so I'm not sure if I need a convection oven or if this one would allow me to do so and they would bake evenly. Thank you!

• A:Answer The alum half sheet baking sheets will not fit 2 to a rack, but there are 2 racks, and you can cook 2 at a time that way. The oven is very accurate, and usually there is no problem using 2 different levels.

Q: QuestionCooktop only 5 days old and oxidizing?Stains won't come off.Hi we just purchased this cooktop and for no reason there are silver fleck all over one of the burners.It is an interior thing not exterior because no cleaning products or scraping will eliminate them.What is going on?

• A:Answer The silver flecks you see are coming from the pots and pans that you are using on the stove. They are melting from the metal and depositing on the cooktop. This is my biggest complaint about this stove, it gets too hot. You will need the white stove top cleaner and a lot of elbow grease. I have also started using a sponge scrubby with the cleaner. I have to do mine all the time.

• A:Answer The fast boil is on the same knob that controls that element. One half of the turn is 1 thru High regular and the other half is 1 thru High fastboil. Two elements have the fastboil feature.
