Hi Sonny! eARC allows uncompressed Dolby Atmos signals to pass through to compatible eARC devices. If the TV is receiving a Dolby Atmos signal through either HDMI or Streaming App, the signal will pass through uncompressed to the compatible Dolby Atmos audio device.
