• I just did a quick measurement. It is exactly 8" above from the center of the upper holes and 9" below the lower mounting holes

• Charles - The distance from the 50" Q60A TV's top mounting holes to the top of the TV is 8.1". The distance from the bottom mounting holes to the bottom of the TV is 9.3". ^Gina
