“I want to channel whatever audio is on the tv to my older but great McIntosh amplifier which does not have an hdmi receptacle. Currently, I use the headphone jack on my tv to do this. How would I do this with any of the Samsung Q, TU or AU series tv's.”

Hi Bill48 - Your McIntosh amplifier should feature RCA inputs as well as the headphone jack you are utilizing. The best way to connect your amplifier to the Q60A TV is to use an RCA to Optical converter.
