• A:Answer The 700$ panasonic is the best. It upscales dvds, blurays, and plays actual 4kmovies. Samsung 280$ version is a good upscaler as well. These are the only two that play 4kultra hard discs. The others just upscale and do not actually play the 4k hard discs
