• The apps are on it but you can hook it up so they don’t come up unless you want them to . Mine is hooked up on a box

• Yes ! This TV is Very easy to hook up ! Yes the step by set up is really easily done by following the set up guide. I am 57 yrs. old and had it hooked up in about 10 mins.
