A:AnswerSince the TV has a digital audio out, you can connect it to a separate bluetooth transmitter. Our current TV is 9 years old yet has a digital audio out like this one and I'm able to pair it with my hearing aids with no video/audio lag.

It is a much better tuner than on say the Visio. You need an antenna rotary to pick up from different locations. Where we are we get Chicago, Rockford, Milwaukee, and Madison.
