Hi there! There is no master control for volume; you will just increase or decrease the TV volume regularly. Depending on the source of the content (cable box, broadcasting local channels, etc), sometimes you will experience increased decreased volume due to the content provider and how it is being broadcasted. The Q60T has feature such as Auto Volume, which automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. ^Gina
