To do so wirelessly, you will need a U-verse wireless set top box and a U-verse wireless access point (WAP), per images. Otherwise you can have an ethernet cable installed through your attic & down the wall from the main router to the location of the tv & be able to plug an ethernet cable directly into a regular receiver and then to the tv. For wireless, it's about $10/mth for a wireless receiver unless you can get a promo offer. The WAP connects to your home wireless signal and transmits to the wireless receiver. The placement of the WAP will need to be between the main U-verse router and the outside receiver to ensure sufficient signal to the outside wireless receiver, depending upon your wall structure (the more solid the wall the weaker the signal i.e. brick/stone vs stucco vs wood/vinyl siding). Your outside setup where the tv is placed will need power for the wireless receiver, then 1 HDMI cable from receiver to the TV. If your main wireless signal is strong enough you can connect your TV directly and stream your subscriptions via the built in apps for HBOMax, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu & others. If your tv is set up further away from the house patio, say in an outside bbq area, then you will need some sort of wireless extender or mesh system to extend the main house wireless signal or have a hard wired network extension installed.
