The 4070 super will not run 240hz at full resolution due to throughput issues with DP 1.4. You can do 120hz at full or 240hz at 5120x1440. Note that the HDMI ports will not support full resolution at 240hz at all. Only the single DP port can do full resolution at 240hz, and only if you have a card that has DP 2.1. I don't have any experience with the AMD cards, so I can't speak to that. The new RTX 5000 series I believe will have DP 2.1 and will be able to run full res at 240hz.
