“Daughter bought at Best Buy as Christmas gift for us (came at Thanksgiving)...hooked it up 3 days ago.... when we power off it comes back on by itself after 1 min.....how do we fix this...it ends up on all nite and we mute!! We have Direct/Netflix, etc”
