I would say no. Its has a “jittering” effect when things move quickly. There is an adjustment for it but its not very good. The smart app does have a game setting but the ultimate issue is the picture is not very vibrant and the tv is not very bright. It has something to do with how the backlighting is coming from just the top and bottom.
