• I'm so glad you asked, elmnyc! The partition in this model can be removed, allowing you to use the whole oven as one. This is called "Single Mode". In "Twin Mode" the partition is inserted creating two separate smaller ovens that can be set at different temperatures. The partition can only be inserted in the center slot. ^Jecca
