• Yes it will hold games and apps that are installed from say google play and such. Some central apps that are needed for the phone to function of course will not move, but otherwise yes. When you go into your application manager in settings, you can touch the different apps and if the button on the left is black with move to sd card, you can move them. If it is greyed out, then no they cannot move.

• I am using it to hold steam downloads and video files. It's fine for file storage and extra storage.
