No it won't be able to work because the maximum supported size on these phones seem to be 32gb. So you could use the Samsung 32gb and that would work. Even though the 3rd generation Moto G officially supports only up to 32GB memory cards, the reviewers didn't have any problem using 64 and even 128GB memory cards. However, if a specific 64GB card refuses to work on your phone, but works elsewhere, Motorola will pass the blame onto you.
