“Can I get the tv updated with all it's software before I buy it I read that the ultra tv's needed software updates after you buy it and I was wondering if I can get said updates installed before I buy it”

The TV will arrive with latest updates available at time of manufacture. You could ask someone at the store to do it or, since it has built in wireless, set it up on your home network and configure your set for automatic updates. It's really quite straight-forward.

The new smart TV's are just that. The most difficult part is connecting to your internet, and that is pretty simple, just follow the onscreen directions during the automatic set-up which pops up when you turn on for the first time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure if you can but once you have an internet connection at home the software update is painless. The instructions are on screen and it doesn't take long. I just had another update yesterday and no issues.
