- Answer It's a literally manufactured piece of crap. Made poorly so it breaks & consumers have to run out & replace costing more money in less time.

- Answer Make sure when the TV is against the wall it is not pushing on a cable and possibly causing pressure to push on one of the HDMI cables.

QuestionThe tv started defaulting to the samsung tv plus app when I turn it on and not the HDMI port. I disabled the samsung app and it still won't default to the HDMI port. How do I change the default source on this tv?

QuestionThe last 2 Samsung's I have had I needed to add a Roku device to in order to get the apps I wanted, like Spectrum. Seems Samsung has their own operating system that isn't as flexible as Roku. Am I going to have this same problem with this TV?

- Answer Check the broadcast format there as US and foreign broadcast formats vary and the tv may not be compatible as set up.

- Answer We’re not using any of the ‘smart’ features right now. Everything we watch is through Dish so there was no need to use the tv setup for that. However the clarity & depth are so nice, even old movies look better!!
