TV comes with 2 feet mounted 49-1/2" apart.  If you want a wall mount, you'll have to buy that separately.  I'm sure Geek Squad can quote you a price for the wall mount and mounting it.

No it does not come with one. You have to purchase the wall mount separately. Yes BB does offer a service for someone to come do it

No wall mount, just the two base stands. GeekSquad might offer install, but a general handyman service would probably be cheaper.
