If it is an appliance cord then no you cannot per NEC 400.8 (2). The old One-connect cords used to be Fiber and passed signal only. As long as the jacket of the fiber cable is rated for in-wall use then all good. With the new one-connect cords they pass both however I have not opened one up to see if copper conductors are combined in a jacket with the fiber cable. If so then this is still an appliance cord and you then still cannot pull it through the wall new NEC 400.8(2). One way around this would be install and end to end conduit that terminates in an electrical box so at no time would the cord be "inside" the wall as it is completely enclosed in the conduit.
