Does this TV pivot on the stand or is it stationary? null

Nonit t does not. It comes with a nice sturdy stand looks good even but i put mine on a stand that it bolts to and i can turn it any direction plus give it mpore height like its on my wall. . You could wall mount it also if you trust your walls. Just buy an adjustable wall mount kit.
