“I just bought this TV, along with the Samsung - 3.1.2-Channel Soundbar. These were set up by Best Buy's Geek Squad. I'm having problems with the sound not "syncing with the lips". What can I do to fix this?”

Kathie87124 - Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address any lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update. ^Gina
