“I have the Best Buy Essentials wall mount from another television (an LG 70") but the bolts do not fit/work. What size are the bolts for this tv? The M8/M10 were too small. Do you need spacers too? Thanks”

• Hi Chito38, For the TU690T TV, you will need 4 x M8 screws, 20-22mm length, and 1.25mm pitch. The 20-22mm is not the screw length. It’s the wall mount thread depth in the TV chassis. Make sure to add the wall mount bracket thickness to the thread depth for minimum screw length. If you cannot find the fitting screws, you could use washers (supplied with the wall mount) to adjust the length. Also please ensure your mount is compatible with a VESA map of 400x300mm. ~Samsung Advisor
