“I'd like to add a soundbar but notice there is no optical input or audio outputs for this 75" DU6950. There is one USB on the back. Would this work to run a cable from the soundbar to that? The specs mention only bluetooth as an option. Would wifi work?”

boomer, The DU6950 has two HDMI ports, one USB port, and is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled. If your soundbar can be connected via these connections, it is compatible. If your device needs an optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. ~Samsung Pro
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can answer my own question! My Samsung DU6950 picked up the bluetooth automatically and I pretty much didn't have to do anything. Out of curiosity I turned my phone bluetooth off and the speakers still worked. It must pick up wifi automatically.
