“I purchashed the Q80 model which is outstanding. My problem is that i cannot pair the comcast remote with the tv. I tried every given code and then called comcast. Of course comcast blames Samsung for not updating codes. Is this a common problem?”

• We purchased the same TV and have Comcast. Our Comcast remote paired automatically without having to do anything.

• Every provider loves to blame the equipment manufacturer. I have a five year old 8 device programmable remote and it connected to my Q80 without issue.
