Hi! For the 75" Q90T the distance from the top of the TV to the top mounting holes is 4.1" or 10.3cm. The distance from the bottom of the TV to the bottom mounting holes is 17.6" or 44.8cm. ^Tim

It was about 6 inches from top to top hole. I forgot the bottom though.
