QuestionThis model has been unavailable in my location for months. When I call BB, they tell me that my area will be getting more but they don't know when. Does anyone know how else I can get one or when the stores in my area will have them in stock again?

QuestionI am fairly new to surround sound and i just bought samsung qled90t.I just found out that this tv only had Dolby digital plus and not Dolby atmos.I was considering the sonos arc or sonos bean but they only do Dolby atmos.which sound bar would be good.

- Answer Just about every different Samsung model has different mounting hole positions. It sucks. I had to rehang my tv mount for this TV.

QuestionI see that some have asked about hdmi 2.1 and that it is on port 4 which is the same as earc. So if I’m running Xbox series X and Sonos Arc system are there two hdmi 2.1 ports for this 4K tv? If not, how many 2.1 ports are on the 8k tv

- Answer Actually the HDMI 2.1 port is HDMI#4, ARC/eARC Port is HDMI#3. I would plug Xbox into HDMI#4 and your Sonos into HDMI#3. I believe all of Samsung TVs only have 1x HDMI 2.1

QuestionLove the tv, however whenever there are written words with a black background (end credits, for example) the screen gets very light and it's difficult to read the words. How do I prevent that from happening?

- Answer Hi Earl! The Q90T does not feature 3.5mm or phono connection for audio devices. Instead, you can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on 2020 Samsung TVs. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones or hearing aid higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth device is paired. Press HOME on your Q90T remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to pair.
