Probably won't fit our stand is 85 inches and is almost too small. Love the TV tho!

Yes, the television should fit on a stand measuring 70”. There are actually two options for installing the pedestal bases; mine are 48” apart and my television sits on a stand measuring 63”.

Yes it will perfectly the legs that come out the bottom of the TV are 49 inches Apart one thing to consider is the width the legs spread out to balance the weight cannot be any less than 16 inches wide 
so the legs sit at 49” long and 16” inches wide
