Online and with Samsung support, they say to unplug, wait a couple minutes and plug back in. However that didn’t work for me and they scheduled a service call which was going to cost $200, which didn’t include the cost of repair, so I cancelled. Now I have a less than 2 year old microwave that has no sensor cooking, or cooking presets. Good luck with yours.
