Hello, It does not include any tool. There’s no need for it. They can just easily be taken out by removing the snap-on clips that are holding the panels on. Hope it helps.

Please don’t answer Samsung parts department as they do not carry these and have had numerous conversations with them with this issue. I am looking at a way to replace the clips and for a 3000.00 refrigerator to not even have replaceable plastic clips is almost unbelievable. Please let me know how to get ahold of these. Thanks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't need a suction cup to remove the panel, there are black plastic clips on the sides and top/bottom that you pop out to lock the panels in place.
