Does the purchase of this product come with a suction tool to replace the custom panels in case we want to change them out over time? null

Hello,
It does not include any tool. There’s no need for it. They can just easily be taken out by removing the snap-on clips that are holding the panels on. Hope it helps.

If you loose the clips or break them is there a way to get new clips. Please don’t answer Samsung parts department as they do not carry these and have had numerous conversations with them with this issue. I am looking at a way to replace the clips and for a 3000.00 refrigerator to not even have replaceable plastic clips is almost unbelievable. Please let me know how to get ahold of these. Thanks.

You don't need a suction cup to remove the panel, there are black plastic clips on the sides and top/bottom that you pop out to lock the panels in place.
