• I leave mine plugged it all the time. One thing I’ve learned though is to double check I’ve snapped the bottom closed before using (after dumpin)

• Hello Chan, Yes. We recommend unplugging the Clean Station cord after fully charging it for safety reasons. In addition, for you to use the clean station effectively, the power cord of the clean station needs to be run along the round groove at the bottom so that the clean station stands without tilting.
