“I brought this for my son to use with his Alien wear, for gaming but when he try's to play on this screen it slows his game down, but its ok on his old smaller monitor, how do we sort this?”

Not sure why the game is slowing down. You did not say how old the computer is. This is a high tech. monitor it may be that you need a newer/larger computer or a newer video card to run the gaming on this monitor. Either way I would not hesitate to ask the geek squad at Best Buy for their answer. They have been great to me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This monitor has an option in the Picture menu called response time. There are three speeds, Standard, Faster and Fastest. For gaming set it to Fastest. Hope that resolves the issue
