no.. you will NEVER able to install Photoshop/lightroom in Chromebook, at least of today. Currently, the full version of photoshop and Lightroom are made for Windows and Mac OS only. Chromebook is designed for online light weighted app. So, the CPU is light weighted. Photoshop, Lightroom, AutoCAD... are considfer mid to heavy processor intensive software, and they run most of the processing in local computer, not the Cloud. Check for Surface Pro and Dell Latitude 1 notebook with at least intel i5 and 8GB ram.
