is this compatible with gopro hero 4 black? null

I use this with my GoPro Hero + and it works fine. I assume it will work with the hero 4 black as well!

yes, but you will not be able to record in 4K resolution. if you want 4k recording, you will need the higher class card. otherwise, this card works great on 1080p recording and lower resolutions.
