• I don't believe Samsung makes a stand as a separate item.

• No the stand and the charger come together and they range from 49-79 depending on normal charge or fast charge device capability

• I do not know. The charger I bought has the stand built in and the phone sits vertically on it. Check with your local Best Buy store.

• This specific ones comes bundles with another charger. They don't offer one with the cradle only.
