A:Answer On the door handle, press the lever on the inside of the handle (feel it with your fingers) to open only the top door. If the lever is not pressed the whole door opens to both ovens (assuming the divider in). Or if divider is not installed, using the handle without depressing the lever opens the whole door to the combined oven. The top-only or combined doors can be opened with the oven(s) on. (We don’t have any difficulty with the oven on)
The convection fans will stop when you open the door and will restart when the door is closed. That means to check the bottom oven, both fans will stop since you have to open the whole door.
