- Answer I do not see a degree chart mentioned, but on page 40 of the User's Manual, you will find a chart that suggests what level to set the warming drawer for the foods you may want to keep warm.

- Answer This is a dual-convection oven (i.e., two convection overs in one) and not really an air fryer, though both employ similar techniques to decrease cooking times. Here's a great article to learn about convection ovens vs air fryers: https://www.cnet.com/news/air-fryer-vs-oven-baking-which-is-better-way-cook-frying/ By the way, since this oven has two compartments for convection cooking, the compartments are much smaller than your standard convection oven meaning that cooking time is reduced even further since the areas heat up more quickly and the air circulates more rapidly (compared to our previous single-area convection over). Side note: As you may have already noticed, the center divider between the two compartments can be removed to make it a full-sized convection oven. We love that feature. Hope this helps. :-)

QuestionI just bought this range. The top oven won't go about 175 degrees on the display. I have the middle partition in place, it beeped. I selected BAKE. Entered 350 degrees and selected START. Am I missing something or did I get a "bad" unit?

- Answer exchange your oven stove. The unit gose to 175 automatic then it builds up to the over temp you require. I had to read the book at first and if I have question then I read it some more.

- Answer Do not buy it, the protection only cover it's broke over the burner, but if something down and broke it, the warranty will not cover it. The knobs get too hot, the oven for non-convection cooking can only be on the bottom one and you have to bend over too low to see how the cooking is going

Questionif you are using top and bottom ovens simultaneously, & you take or add something to the bottom oven, do you lose the heat in the top oven when you open the door for both ?

- Answer According to the salesperson who I talked to about the features of the oven advised me heat would be lost in the bottom oven when using both the top & bottom oven simultaneously. I have not yet tested it so will do so in the next few weeks and will try to remember to come back and update my response as soon as I complete.

QuestionWe have a samsung double oven model # NE59J7850WG/AA When using either oven it pre heats fine then when cooking about 10 to 15 minutes all power shuts off to the range after it sets for a little while to cool down power kicks back on & you can reset oven
