So is this a 1500$ laptop without a graphic card ? null

It does not have a dedicated graphics card. The graphics are integrated. To be fair (sort of), the Intel Iris Xe Graphics it comes with is a noticeable over past generations integrated graphics. You can even do standard video editing (not 8k, etc, though) with this system. As with most new systems, the price will most likely go down or sales will happen, though.
