• I have used these with my Dell laptop, I would expect once you pair it, you can connect using your bluetooth. It works with MS software. I'm not an apple user, so I don't know for sure regarding the second part of the question with the iphone.

• Yes they Can. I connected them as well to my Samsung Smart TV

• Yes you'll need to have the galaxy wearable app but yes it'll work.
