• They're pretty good for calling and I haven't had any problem with the person on the phone not being able to hear me. I've used em while cutting the grass and using power tools like drills and table saws, they don't completely keep the noise out but they do dampen the noise enough for you not to be annoyed by the loud noises.

• I have used these for several weeks for my phone, music, and for Zoom calls on my laptop. Everyone has mentioned the sound quality is great.
