A:AnswerNot exactly sure if you can purchase another set and use one feom each set. That might be best to try out in store if they could even answer that question. As for hooking up individually, you can use one ear bud at a time and only that one will hook up while the other stays in the case. When the case is closed with an ear bud in it, it will not hook up to your phone. Just the one that is out of the case will hook up.
A:AnswerAbsolutely. Go to your Bluetooth settings on your computer or device (iPad, etc.) and set up the connection. Once paired they work great with Zoom, Teams, or just listening to audio/videos from your PC.
A:AnswerHello Mangos, good question! You can get up to 11 hours of nonstop music on a single charge. Then pop your Galaxy Buds+ in the wireless case and get nearly 11 more. In a rush? A three-minute charge gives you one hour of juice to power through a workout. Or share your phone’s battery by placing your buds on the back of your Galaxy for a wireless, on-the-go charge. ^Elizabeth
A:AnswerFrom reading other’s reviews I’ve understood the battery life last longer, compatibility with iPhone was improved and they also improved the sound on the galaxy +
A:AnswerHello Sherman25, great question! You can be heard clearly with dedicated microphones that pick up your voice and isolate it from distracting outside noises. Perfect for phone calls in noisy places. ^Elizabeth
A:AnswerI have had both. They seem to be the same size as the original. My ear canal is small and these don't give me trouble (pain) over extended wear time.
A:AnswerHello Duke, thanks for asking! The earbuds cannot be connected to multiple devices simultaneously, but you can switch between paired devices seamlessly with Multi-pairing. ^Elizabeth
