“It is mention in the specification under Controls "Call, Mute, Track selection, Voice assistant, Volume" However is there a Mute / Un-Mute feature while we are on call. I have tried and unable to find any solution for this?”

I turned off touch controls because every time I touched them the call disconnected. I have to use the buttons on screen during calls.

You can answer and control calls using your Buds3 Pro. To manage calls using the touch pad on your earbuds: > Pinch - Answer or end a call. > Pinch and hold - Decline incoming calls. If you receive an incoming call while already on a call, the earbuds will emit a sound. (Call waiting) > To reject the incoming call and stay on the current call, pinch and hold the touch pad. > To answer the incoming call and place the current call on hold, pinch the touch pad. > To switch between the current call and one placed on hold, pinch the touch pad.
