“I like to Know if that computer has capability of handle CDs and video disc”

This is a chromebook and yes you can watch DVD's, BluRays, and listen to CD's on this. The only problem you are going to have to get a converter from a USB C to USB A then attach any drive you may have except a superdive from Apple.

I would be wary of trying to use a chromebook with any external optical drive based on my experience with a similar spec'd model (HP X360 14). I have yet to find any DVD drive which will read and ChromeOS has no built-in DVD protocol. I haven't even been able to get any audio CDs to read on a USB-attached drive.
