“Anybody know if this phone works completely with Verizon? i.e. Managing the phone with the Verizon app: changing caller id name, adding/removing blocks etc. Bought an unlocked Motorola phone for a family member to use & a couple functions don't work.”

I bought this phone unlocked to use with my MetroPCS which is partnered with T-Mobile and everything works perfectly I have had no problems with any of it's functions so far! May be a problem with the phone. Maybe look into exchanging it and see if it helps with the problem!
