There is an option to pre-order on the website but you will not be able to trade in your old device. You MUST go inside a BestBuy store to fulfill the trade in as well as pre-order successfully.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ran into the same issue. I was unable to pre-order the unlocked phone in store. I wanted to trade in my older device, but the promotional offer is only offered for the unlocked version. I also was unable to do the 24 month no interest financing promotion bc I didn't already have a best buy credit card. All these options were advertised but aren't available. I was told sorry and that there was nothing they could do.
