• Yes it is unlocked and will work with any GSM carrier. It comes with Samsung Limited warranty. Check the web to read the warranty terms.

• Yes, the phone is suppose to be unlocked internationally and will work with any GSM carrier. I am sorry, I do not know about the international warranty.
